About the Journal
Revista Cubana de Nefrologia (Rev. cuba. nefrolog.) is a scientific journal dedicated to kidney diseases, Open Access and published by the Editorial de Ciencias Médicas (ECIMED). It is the official publication of the Cuban Society of Nephrology with international scope, review of its content that adheres to the principles of open science and a continuous semiannual publication model. NO publication charges APPLY at any stage of the editorial process.
Mission: Publish innovative scientific articles related to the specialty. Space for discussion and analysis for the improvement of nephrology, as well as the Specialties that contribute to the care of kidney patients: nephrology clinic, acute kidney failure, chronic kidney disease and Renal Replacement Therapies by dialytic methods (peritoneal or hemodialysis), kidney transplantation and organ donation for the same and rehabilitation.
